About the Program
The African Union CIEFFA, in partnership with ImpactHER, is hosting the 2026 Online Capacity Building Training under the theme:
“#AfricaEducatesHer – Digital Skills for All: Bridging the Gender Gap in STEAM, Financial Literacy, and Entrepreneurship.”
This initiative is designed for participants across all 55 African Union Member States and the Diaspora, aiming to equip young people with essential skills for the future.

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to African women and men (including diaspora)
- Demonstrated interest in digital skills, entrepreneurship, and finance
- Strong motivation and leadership potential
- Access to internet and a digital device (phone, laptop, etc.)
- Understanding of English, French, or Portuguese

Training Structure
- Participants will be grouped into batches
- Each batch runs for 1 month starting August 31, 2026
- Must attend at least 80% of sessions to qualify for certificates
