Key Responsibilities
📊 Commercial Planning & Activation
- Support regional operational planning and execution of trade activities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns across assigned coverage
- Collaborate with sales teams to close volume gaps and achieve targets
- Execute promotions in partnership with Sales & Distribution teams
🛒 Customer Marketing
- Assist in developing and implementing channel and trade strategies
- Analyze regional sales trends and identify growth drivers
- Conduct regular field visits with sales teams to gather market insights
- Support implementation of Win At Retail (WAR) strategies
🌍 Market Development
- Drive strategic brand positioning against competitors
- Execute customer-focused market development projects
- Identify new business opportunities and retail expansion strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Management Sciences
- Minimum of 3–6 years relevant experience in trade marketing or sales
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
