INTERSOS, an international non-profit operating in crisis-affected regions, is expanding its team in Nigeria. The work is urgent. The environments are complex. The outcomes matter.
1. MEAL Officer
Data. Insight. Accountability.
This role sits at the center of programme performance — designing MEAL frameworks, managing data systems, and translating numbers into decisions. Expect hands-on involvement in monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and learning across projects.
Best suited for candidates with a background in Statistics, Social Sciences, or Information Management, and at least two years’ experience in humanitarian MEAL systems.
2. Technical Manager – Medical (Zamfara)
Lead the care. Strengthen the system.
This is a field-based leadership role overseeing medical programmes, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality healthcare delivery in fragile settings. It requires both technical depth and operational control.
Candidates should have a medical or paramedical degree, with humanitarian field experience and strong leadership capability. Hausa language is essential.
3. Food Security Field Officer (Zamfara)
From aid to resilience.
This role focuses on climate-smart agriculture — supporting vulnerable households, especially women, to build sustainable food systems through micro-gardening and nutrition-linked interventions.
Ideal for candidates with a background in Agriculture or Agronomy and at least three years of field experience in food security programming.
