Job Summary:

The Service Teller plays a vital role as the frontline representative of the bank, responsible for delivering efficient and professional banking services to customers. The successful candidate will handle daily financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments with a high level of accuracy and integrity.

In addition, the role requires maintaining excellent customer relationships, resolving basic customer inquiries, and ensuring full compliance with banking regulations, operational procedures, and internal control standards. Attention to detail, honesty, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Ensure accuracy in all financial dealings and maintain proper documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Adhere strictly to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a minimum of NCE or OND qualification (this is strictly required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic numerical and computer proficiency

Age Requirement:

• Applicants must not be older than 28 years

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly salary of ₦162,000
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage
• Pension scheme
