One Acre Fund was founded in 2006 to support smallholder farmers across Africa by improving farm productivity and strengthening livelihoods. The organization currently works with more than 5.5 million farmers across nine countries, providing high-quality farm inputs, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a range of agricultural services.
Through these interventions, participating farmers increase their income and assets by more than 35 percent on average while building long-term resilience. The organization’s work is supported by a team of more than 9,000 full-time staff drawn from diverse professional backgrounds.

Nigeria Government Relations and Partnerships Lead
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
The Nigeria Government Relations and Partnerships Lead will manage relationships with government institutions and strategic partners to support the organization’s programs and expansion efforts in Nigeria.
