Bridge for Women Development Initiative (BOWDI), a women-led non-profit organization based in Borno State, continues to play a vital role in supporting communities affected by conflict and crisis across Northeast Nigeria. Through its work in protection, education, livelihoods, health, and peacebuilding, the organization remains committed to restoring dignity and strengthening resilience among vulnerable populations.

As part of its ongoing humanitarian response, BOWDI is currently recruiting qualified and passionate professionals to join its team in Gubio LGA, Borno State for the following roles:

1. MEAL Officer (Full-Time | 4 Months)
The MEAL Officer will lead efforts in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning, ensuring programs are data-driven, impactful, and responsive to community needs. The role focuses on designing systems for data collection and analysis, strengthening accountability mechanisms, supporting program learning, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

This position requires at least three years of field experience in humanitarian or development settings, strong analytical capacity, and experience with both qualitative and quantitative data systems. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to build staff capacity and support evidence-based decision-making.

2. FCRM Assistant (Contract | 4 Months)
The FCRM Assistant will support the management of feedback and complaint mechanisms across project locations. This includes ensuring accessibility of communication channels, handling sensitive complaints with professionalism, engaging communities, and supporting accountability processes.

Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and an understanding of inclusive and community-centered approaches, especially when working with women, children, and vulnerable groups.
