McKinsey & Company offers McKinsey.org Forward, a free ten-week learning program to build practical workplace skills for the future of work. Many trainee programs for Africans focus on skill development and workplace readiness.
About the Program
McKinsey.org Forward is a ten-week online learning journey designed for early-career professionals, job changers, and those preparing to enter the workforce. Participants spend about two hours per week and receive a digital badge upon completion, plus access to a global learning network.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must
- Reside in any African country
- Be currently working, previously worked, or preparing to start work within the next 12 months
- Have less than 5 years of total work experience
- Have completed at least secondary or high school education
- Have a good command of English
Note
Applicants with more than 5 years of experience may still be considered if working in nonprofit or non-corporate roles. Furthermore, several trainee programs for Africans offer flexibility for candidates with diverse backgrounds.
