PAN-AFRICAN EXPERT CONSULTANT ROSTER
African Development Evidence Lab (ADEL) is expanding its network of experienced professionals and technical experts across Africa and is inviting qualified individuals to join its Pan-African Expert Consultant Roster.
The roster is being established to support ADEL’s growing portfolio of research, evaluations, assessments, feasibility studies, advisory assignments, technical assistance, data-driven projects and development consulting engagements across Africa.
This is an opportunity for experienced professionals to become part of a multidisciplinary network that may be called upon when ADEL secures assignments requiring specific technical expertise.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
African Development Evidence Lab (ADEL) is looking for professionals with demonstrated expertise, practical field experience and strong knowledge of African contexts.
The consultant roster will provide access to potential project-based assignments across different sectors and areas of sustainable development.
Important: This is a project-based consultant roster and NOT a salaried employment opportunity.
Experts who are successfully included in the roster may be contacted and engaged when ADEL has projects or assignments that match their skills, experience and technical background.

Joining the ADEL Expert Consultant Roster does not guarantee an immediate assignment, employment or a fixed salary.
Instead, the roster provides ADEL with a pool of qualified professionals who can be considered for suitable project-based consultancy opportunities.
When an assignment becomes available, ADEL may identify experts from the roster whose qualifications and experience match the requirements of the project.
Consultants may therefore have opportunities to contribute to different assignments depending on their expertise, availability and ADEL’s project portfolio.
