Role Overview
The Outreach Nurse Supervisor will oversee community-based health and nutrition activities in Nguru/Karasuwa. The role involves supervising outreach teams, ensuring quality service delivery, and supporting community management of acute malnutrition (CMAM) and other healthcare interventions.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Nursing Degree
- Registered Nurse
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in nursing practice and management
- Experience in community-based health programs (CMAM)
- Previous experience with ALIMA or other NGOs in developing countries is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong clinical and supervisory skills
- Experience in community outreach and public health interventions
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate field activities
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Commitment to humanitarian principles
