The Personal Assistant will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through efficient scheduling, coordination, and administrative support. The role also involves contributing to programme-related work, including research, documentation, and report preparation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes

• Support programme implementation and internal processes
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams

✅ Requirements

• 4–6 years experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Experience supporting programmes in NGO, development, or public health sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
• Strong research, writing, and reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
