The organization is currently recruiting qualified and experienced professionals for multiple roles across Nigeria:
1. Senior Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Locations: Bauchi and Niger States
The Senior M&E Officer will lead all Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities within the state. Responsibilities include data validation, data quality assessments (DQA), coordination of M&E activities, capacity building, and strengthening health information systems for Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention (SMC) projects. The role involves ensuring timely availability of high-quality data for decision-making, managing reporting processes, and supporting project implementation under the supervision of the State Project Manager and M&E Manager.
2. State Campaign Logistics Advisor
Locations: Borno, Kogi, and FCT Abuja
The Logistics Advisor will provide technical support for supply chain management of Insecticide-Treated Nets (ITNs) during mass campaigns. The role focuses on inventory control, distribution planning, procurement support, and coordination with State Malaria Elimination Programmes (SMEP) and Logistics Management Coordinating Units (LMCU). The advisor will ensure efficient logistics operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with donor and organizational standards.
3. State Campaign Technical Advisor (ITN Campaign)
Locations: Kogi, Borno, and FCT Abuja
The Technical Advisor will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of ITN mass distribution campaigns. Key responsibilities include macro and microplanning, stakeholder engagement, demand creation, supply chain coordination, and monitoring and evaluation of campaign activities. The role also involves supporting research design, protocol development, ethical approvals, and supervision of field teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
