Data-Lead Africa is a leading research and training consulting firm providing services in research, monitoring & evaluation, data analytics, and capacity building across Africa. The organization supports institutions to generate evidence, drive learning, and make data-driven decisions.
They are currently recruiting for the position below:
📌 Job Title: Knowledge, Learning & Analytics Officer (Entry Level)
📍 Location: Abuja (Onsite)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

🎯 ROLE SUMMARY
The selected candidate will support research, analytics, and training activities, contributing to data analysis, reporting, knowledge management, and facilitation of training sessions during bootcamps and capacity-building programs.
📝 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from projects
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Support data cleaning, management, and quality assurance
• Facilitate practical training sessions and bootcamps
• Develop learning materials and exercises
• Document project learnings and case studies
• Collaborate with teams to generate insights for decision-making
🎓 QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
• NYSC completion or exemption certificate
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience
💻 REQUIRED SKILLS
• Proficiency in at least three of the following tools:
NVivo / QDA Miner, XLSForm, STATA, SQL, Power BI, Excel, R or Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Ability to facilitate and explain technical concepts clearly
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
