Fadac Resources is inviting applications from qualified ND and HND graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme.

The programme offers fresh graduates and recent NYSC out-streamers an opportunity to gain practical work experience, develop professional skills and build a career through structured training, mentorship and operational exposure.

JOB DETAILS

Organisation: Fadac Resources

Position: Graduate Trainee

Employment Type: Graduate Trainee / Entry-Level

Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan and Port Harcourt

Qualification: National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND)

Eligible Disciplines: STEM-related fields

Experience: 0–3 years

Monthly Salary: ₦200,000–₦250,000 Gross

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Possess an ND or HND in a STEM-related discipline.
2. Must have graduated from a Polytechnic in Ibadan, Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt.
3. Must currently reside in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan or Port Harcourt, or have secured permanent accommodation in one of these locations.
4. Have between 0 and 3 years of work experience.
5. Fresh graduates and recent NYSC out-streamers are encouraged to apply.
6. Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
8. Be willing to learn and adapt to different operational functions.
