Fully Funded Scholarship Opportunity: TAGDev 2.0 (2026/2027 Academic Year)

The Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, is inviting applications from qualified young Africans for the TAGDev 2.0 Scholarships for the 2026/2027 academic session.

This prestigious programme is designed to support academically capable but economically disadvantaged students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to transform Africa’s agriculture and agri-food systems.

Scholarship Benefits

The TAGDev 2.0 scholarship is fully funded and comprehensive, covering:

Eligibility & Focus

About the Programme

TAGDev 2.0 (Transforming African Agricultural Universities to Meaningfully Contribute to Africa’s Growth and Development) is a 10-year initiative (2023–2033) aimed at strengthening higher education institutions to better serve communities and drive inclusive, climate-resilient agricultural transformation across Africa.
