Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Possess a minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree
- Have secured admission into a one-year Master’s programme (local or overseas)
- Be 28 years or below by December 31, 2026
- Have completed the NYSC programme
- Possess a valid international passport (for overseas applicants)

- Geosciences
- Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Subsea, Electrical/Electronics, Marine, Chemical, Offshore, Environmental, Renewable)
- Petroleum Economics
- Law (Oil & Gas/Petroleum)

Important Notes
- Applications must be submitted via the Scholastica platform only
- Email applications will not be accepted
- Candidates may apply for both local and overseas categories, but multiple entries in the same category will lead to disqualification
- Shortlisted candidates will take a Computer-Based Test (CBT) scheduled for May 30, 2026 (conducted remotely)
- Employees of NAE and affiliated companies, as well as past beneficiaries of similar scholarships, are not eligible
