The Maltina Barley Programme, implemented in partnership with Achesa Agricultural Services, is currently recruiting qualified candidates for the role of Farmer Liaison Officer (FLO).

About the Role
The Farmer Liaison Officer (FLO) will serve as a critical link between the programme and local farming communities. The selected candidates will work closely with smallholder farmers to support barley production, improve yield, and strengthen agricultural value chains.
They will also help facilitate communication, training, and monitoring activities to ensure the success of the programme at the grassroots level.

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- 🎓 Minimum of ND or NCE in any field
- 🗣️ Must be fluent in Hausa language
- 🌾 Strong passion for supporting farmers and rural communities
- 📍 Must be willing to relocate if required
- 💪 Ability to work in field-based environments
