About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a fast growing online content creation company as a Creative Assistant. The role is suitable for a mid level creative who wants to grow professionally, build skills in content production and digital media, and progress within a creative team. The successful candidate will support content research, design, production, and social media management while contributing creative ideas, videos, and graphics.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team with research, design, production, and delivery of engaging online content

Assist in managing creative workflows and daily tasks in a fast paced environment

Support the Creative Lead and the wider creative team with day to day operations

Assist with planning, organizing, and managing creative processes

Support the management of social media platforms and blogs

Assist in the production of online content including videos and graphics

Contribute to researching and developing creative ideas

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in content creation or a related field

Previous experience in content creation, videography, editing, and graphic design

Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools such as Final Cut and Premiere Pro

Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to produce high quality work consistently

Strong work ethic with a motivated and positive attitude
