Key Responsibilities
Lead program design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation across multiple countries
Provide strategic guidance to country teams and oversee project performance
Coordinate field teams, HQ departments, and donors
Manage budgets, reporting, and donor compliance
Support needs assessments, context analysis, and strategy development
Mentor country representatives and build field team capacity
Represent MedGlobal in coordination meetings and donor engagements
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required; health or nutrition-related fields are an advantage
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in NGO program management with multi-country exposure
Strong skills in proposal writing, budgeting, reporting, and data management
Experience in team leadership, monitoring and evaluation, and donor engagement
Fluency in spoken and written English
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
