🎯 PROJECT FOCUS
Empowering Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and livelihood support under the Breaking Barriers Project
🧩 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Conduct needs assessment on financial literacy gaps
✔️ Develop inclusive training modules
✔️ Deliver workshops (accessible formats)
✔️ Provide mentorship & coaching
✔️ Support VSLA formation
✔️ Link participants to financial institutions
✔️ Document reports & success stories
🎓 REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Advanced degree (Finance, Economics, Business or related)
✔️ Minimum 5 years relevant experience
✔️ Experience in financial literacy & entrepreneurship training
✔️ Knowledge of disability inclusion
✔️ Strong communication & facilitation skills
