Open Positions
We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
1. Realtors:
Responsible for identifying potential buyers/tenants, conducting property viewings, and closing sales. Ideal candidates should be persuasive, results-oriented, and capable of building long-term client relationships.
2. Field Officers:
Responsible for property inspections, verifying listings on the ground, and conducting local reconnaissance within Kaduna North and Kaduna South. This is a hands-on role requiring active movement and local networking.
3. Record Officers:
Responsible for maintaining accurate digital and physical records of property listings, client data, and transactional documents. High attention to detail and organizational skills are mandatory.
4. Customer Service Representatives:
Acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, managing complaints, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Candidate Requirements
To be eligible for these roles, candidates must demonstrate the following:
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Hausa. The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse local clientele is essential.
• Locality Knowledge: Must be deeply familiar with the geography, neighborhoods, and landmarks of Kaduna North and Kaduna South.
• Digital Literacy: Possess basic digital skills, including the use of smartphones, social media for business, and basic Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).
• Experience: Previous experience or basic knowledge of the real estate industry is not mandatory but will be considered a significant advantage.
• Attitude: Proactive, professional, and ready to work in an “urgent” hiring environment.
