Project Associate (Lagos & Kano)

We are seeking Project Associates to support business growth and the effective delivery of high-impact health programs. This role sits at the intersection of project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven execution, working closely with leadership and partners across the public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting business, strategy, and execution across multiple projects

Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government, funders, and partners.

Using data and digital tools to track progress, generate insights, and support decision-making.

Developing presentations, SOPs, training materials, reports, and project documentation.

Managing meetings, reporting, logistics, and project plans

Participating in on-site work at hubs, community outreach activities, and MQN-related assignments, including periodic field visits, member engagement, and support at designated locations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years’ experience in project or operations management, business, or economics.

Master’s degree preferred

Interest or experience in health preferred; business and consulting experience are advantages.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and person-centered skills

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to break down complex work into manageable steps.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive data, and comfort using technology tools.
