Business Development Manager Job in Abuja
JOB ALERT: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Talent Lab is recruiting a Business Development Manager on behalf of its client, a hospitality establishment offering hotel rooms, executive suites, serviced apartments, conference and banquet facilities, a spa, gym, restaurants and other leisure amenities.
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Monthly Salary: ₦1,000,000 net
Commission and targets will be communicated during the interview process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and lead a results-driven marketing team to promote the business and drive commercial growth.
- Work with management to set and review room rates, corporate rates and discounts based on market research.
- Execute sales campaigns, develop proposals and negotiate client contracts.
- Build new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase bookings and revenue.
- Promote the organisation’s brand vision across all business development activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of management-level experience in sales, commercial marketing or hospitality operations within the hotel or serviced apartment industry.
- An established network of valuable contacts and strong customer relationships within and beyond Abuja.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, online travel agencies (OTAs) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
