Talent Lab is recruiting a highly skilled Associate to support global health and development projects in Nigeria. This role offers a competitive monthly net salary of N1000000 and is suited for professionals with strong analytical, leadership, and project management capabilities.
The organization is seeking a dynamic individual who can provide both technical and operational support across ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a second class upper Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Public Health, Medicine, Health Management, Economics, STEM, Finance, or related disciplines. Applicants should also have at least 5 years of progressive experience in global health or international development projects. Prior experience in management consulting will be considered an added advantage.
Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with strong analytical ability and proven experience in data analysis. The role requires a professional who can work effectively in a fast paced and results driven environment.
Key responsibilities include managing day to day project and organizational activities while ensuring timely and high quality delivery. The Associate will lead data gathering and analysis, translating findings into structured presentations, reports, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. The role also involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of project team members to ensure clarity in roles and delivery excellence.
In addition, the successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication and negotiation, ensuring strong collaboration across partners and project teams.
