1. Communications and Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (Global)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Role Overview
WFD is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Communications and Marketing Manager to lead 360-degree marketing and communications strategies that strengthen access to sexual and reproductive health resources. The role oversees WFD’s digital presence, creative production, campaigns, and brand voice across multiple platforms.
The successful candidate will also lead digital marketing and communications for key WFD brands, including Safe2Choose, HTU, and FindMyMethod, ensuring inclusive, sensitive, and audience-centered messaging.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing and communication strategies
• Manage and grow WFD’s digital footprint and brand voice
• Create content for social media, websites, and campaigns
• Support advocacy, awareness, and public engagement initiatives
• Oversee creative production for events and physical activations

2. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) – Client Feedback Lead
Location: Remote

Role Overview
WFD is seeking an M&E Client Feedback Lead to design and implement a multi-channel strategy for collecting high-quality, actionable feedback from users of WFD platforms, particularly individuals seeking abortion information or referrals.
This role focuses on engaging hard-to-reach groups, especially young people aged 15–34, using creative and ethical feedback and product testing approaches.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement client feedback and learning strategies
• Lead product testing and user research initiatives
• Increase participation among diverse and hard-to-reach audiences
• Analyze feedback to improve digital products and services
Ideal Candidate
• Creative, resourceful, and user-centered
• Experienced in feedback systems, M&E, or user research

Role Overview
WFD is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to support global projects, with a strong focus on Francophone West Africa (FWACA). The role involves partner engagement, grant and project management, and collaboration within the sexual and reproductive health space.
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in grant/project management, proposal writing, and budgeting
• Fluency in French and English (Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage)
• Experience managing partners and stakeholders, preferably in SRHR
• Knowledge of FWACA stakeholder networks
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Immediate availability for full-time work
