MASTERCARD FOUNDATION SCHOLARS PROGRAM AT UBC – 2027/2028
The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at The University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, Canada, is pleased to announce its Expression of Interest (EOI) for Master’s degree studies for the 2027/2028 academic year.
Eligible candidates will be contacted after September 6th to apply for the Scholarship for one of the following programs at UBC’s Vancouver campus:
Faculty of Forestry:
• Master of Sustainable Forest Management (MSFM)
• Master of International Forestry (MIF)
• Master of Geomatics for Environmental Management (MGEM)
• Master of Urban Forestry Leadership (MUFL)
• Master of Science/Master of Applied Science in Forestry (Thesis-based)
Faculty of Land and Food Systems:
• Master of Food and Resource Economics (MFRE)
• Master of Food Science (MFS)
Faculty of Science:
• Master of Data Science (MDS)

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program provides comprehensive support, including:

Important: Applicants must first submit the Expression of Interest by September 6, 2026.
Only eligible candidates will subsequently be invited to submit the full Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program application.
