GLOWING MINDS POLICY LAB 2.0

Applications are officially open for the Glowing Minds Policy Lab 2.0, a youth leadership and policy development programme supported by NYFF.

If you have ever imagined yourself contributing to policy, public leadership and meaningful community change rather than simply talking about it, this could be an opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and networks needed to take the next step.

WHO CAN APPLY

The programme is open to young people from Niger State who:

Are between 18 and 35 years old.

Aspire to pursue political or public leadership.

Have an interest in policy development, governance, leadership and community development.

Only 25 participants will be selected for the cohort.

PROGRAMME FORMAT

Selected participants will take part in a 2-day physical bootcamp in Minna, Niger State, followed by virtual training sessions.

The programme will provide participants with opportunities to strengthen their understanding of policy processes, leadership and civic engagement while connecting with other young people interested in public leadership.

SELECTION PROCESS

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview before the final selection of participants.

This means applicants should provide accurate and compelling information about their interests, experiences and aspirations when completing the application.
