Description:
- The purpose of this ToR is to engage Workshop Assistants to provide support during the 24 Month Post Implementation Study Training in Osogbo, Osun State.
Specific activities of workshop assistant (IT & Administration)
- Distribute workshop materials to participants as necessary.
- Distribute training materials.
- Distribution and coordination of refreshments (Tea break and Lunch)
- Take photograph of training sessions
- Coordinate Attendance taking.
- Set up and operate IT equipment for smooth running of the meeting where necessary.
- Perform other assigned duties for the smooth running of the workshop/trainings.
Deliverables:
- Attendance sheets for participants
- Typed in excel format the list of participants with bank account details where necessary.
- Typed notes of meeting
- E-copy of training pictures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of ND in any discipline (Workshop Assistant)
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience in providing administrative support for workshops and trainings.
- Ability to take notes of meeting.
Description:
The objectives are fourfold:
- To understand the current and planned research priorities
- Explore how malaria elimination can use findings of concluded researches and objectives of ongoing and planned researches
- Discuss how some of the methodology can be adapted for relevant malaria key policy questions
- Action point and how to proceed with alignment with malaria activities including linkage/coordination with key malaria actors
Scope of Work
- The senior national consultant will be required to:
- Develop a concept note for the research summit.
- Adapt and contribute to the objectives of the research summit
- Prepare agenda for the research summit
- Design the methodology
- Prepare presentation and coordinate activities of the research summit
- Draft the communique from the summit.
