About the Company
Our client is a prestigious fashion house with an established presence across Dakar, Abidjan, Lagos, and Abuja, renowned for delivering exceptional luxury fashion and premium customer experiences. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Lagos (Victoria Island) branch and drive performance in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, leading and developing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about fashion retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
•Train, coach, and support sales representatives to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
•Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare regular performance reports.
•Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
•Oversee in-store standards, visual merchandising compliance, and overall service quality.
•Collaborate with senior management to support growth initiatives and operational improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail sales or management, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail sector.
•Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing sales teams.
•Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
•Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
•Must currently reside in Lagos and be able to work in Victoria Island.
