Job Summary
The organization is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Administrative Officer to support day to day office and human resources operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, supporting staff welfare and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in office administration and basic human resources functions who can work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate staff onboarding processes and ensure proper documentation for new employees
Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and personnel files
Support payroll processes, attendance monitoring and leave administration
Assist with basic employee relations matters and provide administrative HR support
Oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of administrative activities
Manage office supplies and ensure availability of essential materials at all times
Provide general administrative support to management and team members
Experience Required
Minimum of one to two years relevant experience in administrative or human resources support roles
Proven experience handling onboarding, employee records and HR documentation
Hands on experience supporting payroll, attendance tracking and leave management
Experience managing office operations and administrative logistics
Requirements
Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
Candidates must reside close to Falomo in Lagos or Maitama in Abuja
