This role supports the One Humanitarian – One Poverty Response System (OHOPRS) under the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction.
You will focus on:
- Knowledge management systems

- Strategic documentation & insights for government leadership

📊 Knowledge & Documentation
- Develop policy briefs, reports, and strategic insight documents
- Translate technical data into clear, actionable outputs
- Maintain institutional knowledge repositories
🧠 Policy & Advisory Support
- Produce briefing notes for senior officials
- Analyze humanitarian and poverty data
- Support evidence-based policymaking
🤝 Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with government, UN agencies, and partners
- Support multi-stakeholder coordination
- Participate in technical working groups
📚 Learning & Systems Development
- Build knowledge management frameworks
- Promote institutional learning and best practices
- Document lessons learned and innovations
🎓 Requirements
📘 Education
- Master’s degree in:
Knowledge Management, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field
💼 Experience
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience
- Experience with:
- Government or UN agencies
- Policy development & knowledge systems
- Multi-stakeholder coordination
