ABOUT THE ROLE

Mercatura Online Technology is an ICT company focused on using technology to address societal needs through digital skills training, ICT solutions, and e-commerce.

The company is seeking a motivated, diligent, and customer-focused fresh graduate to join its team as a Customer Relationship Manager Intern.

This remote internship provides hands-on experience and mentorship in customer support, CRM database management, sales follow-ups, customer retention, and business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media.
2. Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM databases, and document feedback and complaints.
3. Assist with onboarding new customers and following up with prospective leads.
4. Support customer retention activities.
5. Send reminders regarding appointments, orders, services, and payments.
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
7. Prepare simple customer interaction and performance reports.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Recent graduate with OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
2. Only fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
3. Basic computer literacy and ability to work remotely.
4. Willingness to learn and use CRM tools.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
7. Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
8. Good organization and time management skills.
9. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is an advantage but not required.
