Do you have practical tips for managing stress, anxiety, or another mental health topic? Share your knowledge and inspire others to prioritize their well-being! ✨
Here’s your chance to become an advocate for positive change. This application form allows you to submit a video showcasing your passion and expertise.
What to expect:
- Create 30-second video sharing 3-5 impactful tips on a mental health topic of your choice.
- Fill out the short application form below to provide additional information about yourself and your video.
- Selected Champions will be promoted on AU Youth Envoy social media platforms and participate in the upcoming Shape Africa Youth Summit, playing a key role in raising awareness and fostering a supportive community around mental health.
