CONSULTANCY FOR BASELINE ASSESSMENT AND WARD ANALYSIS
Oxfam is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to conduct a baseline assessment and ward analysis for the project “Support to Improving Social Cohesion through Community Development Planning in 3 LGAs in North-East Nigeria”. The objective of the baseline assessment is to generate baseline data on all project indicators as captured on the project log frame to measure the situation at the beginning of the project.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 28th February 2025 at 4 pm (WAT) upon conditions in the Terms of Reference and Evaluation Criteria.
