MTN GLOBAL GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME 2027

MTN Nigeria is inviting applications from qualified Nigerian graduates for its 2027 Global Graduate Development Programme.

The programme is designed to identify, develop and accelerate talented graduates into critical roles within MTN. Successful candidates will benefit from structured training, mentorship, hands-on work experience, job rotations and opportunities to interact with senior executives.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Be Nigerian citizens.
• Have graduated with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit.
• Have graduated in 2024 or later.
• Have completed NYSC by September 2026 and possess a valid discharge certificate.
• Be fluent in English.
• Possess a valid international passport.
