ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The iDICE Programme, in collaboration with Conclase Consulting, is seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Sales and Partnership Specialist to support the iDICE BPO Training-to-Jobs Programme.
The role is focused on building strong relationships across the BPO, technology, corporate, recruitment, and training ecosystem and converting those relationships into meaningful employment and commercial opportunities for programme beneficiaries.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a strong pipeline of employers and strategic partners, generating and converting business opportunities, and creating pathways to jobs, internships, work opportunities, and other placements for iDICE beneficiaries.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
- SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities that can contribute to the growth and sustainability of the BPO Training-to-Jobs Programme.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, employers, businesses, and commercial partners.
Identify organisations that may have opportunities for trained BPO and technology-related professionals.
Develop relationships with prospective employers and convert leads into active opportunities.
Support business development activities from initial engagement through negotiation, conversion, and relationship management.
- EMPLOYER ACQUISITION
Identify and engage companies and organisations that can provide employment opportunities to iDICE beneficiaries.
Build a network of employers across the BPO, technology, corporate services, recruitment, and related sectors.
Understand employer workforce needs and identify suitable opportunities for programme beneficiaries.
Maintain consistent engagement with prospective and existing employer partners.
Convert employer relationships into concrete recruitment, placement, internship, and work opportunities.
- JOB AND PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Actively identify job vacancies, internships, work opportunities, and other employment pathways for iDICE beneficiaries.
Engage employers to understand their recruitment requirements and available positions.
Match programme beneficiaries with suitable employment and work opportunities.
Follow up with employers and candidates throughout the placement process.
Track placement opportunities and outcomes to ensure that employer relationships translate into measurable results.
Support efforts to increase the number and quality of employment opportunities available to trained beneficiaries.
- STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with organisations across the BPO, technology, corporate, recruitment, and training ecosystem.
Identify potential partners that can contribute to employment, business development, training, recruitment, or other programme objectives.
Develop mutually beneficial relationships with private-sector organisations, recruitment firms, technology companies, training providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Represent the programme professionally during meetings, networking engagements, business discussions, and partnership activities.
Maintain strong relationships with partners and identify opportunities for long-term collaboration.
- RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Develop and maintain a strong network of employers, clients, recruitment organisations, businesses, and strategic partners.
Understand stakeholder needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospects and partners.
Ensure that relationships are managed professionally and converted into tangible opportunities.
- PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT AND CONVERSION
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential employers, clients, and strategic partners.
Track leads, conversations, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions.
Prioritise high-potential opportunities and develop strategies for successful conversion.
Monitor progress from initial contact to partnership, recruitment opportunity, job placement, internship, or commercial engagement.
Maintain accurate records of partnership and business development activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Recruitment, or related fields is an advantage.
Experience engaging employers, businesses, clients, or strategic partners is desirable.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to build and maintain a professional network.
Ability to identify potential employers and convert prospects into meaningful opportunities.
Strong follow-up, organisation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently while achieving clearly defined targets and outcomes.
Interest in BPO, technology, employment, recruitment, workforce development, or digital skills is an advantage.
Ability to operate effectively across Kano, Katsina, Kaduna, Kebbi, Jigawa, Sokoto, and Zamfara is highly relevant to the role.
