Are you a young person in Kano looking to build your enterprise and employability skills, improve your career prospects and expand your economic opportunities?
The Centre for Information Technology and Development (CITAD), with support from the British Council under its Non-Formal Education Programme, is inviting applications for the Inclusive Economic Empowerment (IEE) Pathways Programme 2026.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Inclusive Economic Empowerment Pathways Programme is designed to provide young people with opportunities to strengthen their enterprise and employability skills.
Through the programme, selected participants will take part in training aimed at supporting them to build relevant skills that can improve their ability to pursue employment, entrepreneurship and other economic opportunities.
The programme provides a platform for young people to develop their capabilities, gain practical knowledge and strengthen their readiness to participate more effectively in the economy.
WHO CAN APPLY?
The programme is targeted at young people in Kano who are interested in strengthening their enterprise and employability skills.
Women and girls are strongly encouraged to apply.
Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) are also strongly encouraged to apply.
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
50 young people will be selected to participate in the training.

Young people in Kano interested in developing their enterprise and employability skills.
Women and girls, as well as Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), are strongly encouraged to apply.
IMPORTANT
Interested applicants should ensure that they complete the application process before the stated deadline.
Only 50 young people will be selected for the training, so eligible applicants are encouraged to submit their applications early.
