PricePally is recruiting qualified and experienced professionals to join its team as part of a large scale agrifood transformation programme focused on creating dignified and fulfilling work opportunities for Nigerian youth.
ABOUT PRICEPALLY
PricePally is a technology enabled food sourcing, aggregation and distribution company working to make fresh food more accessible and affordable while improving market opportunities across agricultural value chains.
Through its digital marketplace, supply chain infrastructure and partnerships, PricePally connects producers and food businesses with structured consumer and institutional markets.
Under the agrifood transformation programme, PricePally will contribute its expertise in market access, aggregation, logistics, digital coordination and distribution to strengthen the connection between agricultural production and profitable markets.
The programme places particular emphasis on Nigerian youth aged 18 to 35, including young women, persons with disabilities and internally displaced persons.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
- Operations Lead
Location: Abuja or Lagos
Experience: 5 to 10 years
The Operations Lead will provide day to day leadership for programme operations across approved locations and will be responsible for coordinating effective implementation and delivery of programme activities.
- Human Resources Officer
Location: Abuja or Lagos
Experience: 4 to 5 years
The Human Resources Officer will support the development and administration of fair, consistent and legally compliant people management practices within PricePally.
- Programme Director
Location: Abuja or Lagos
Experience: 5 to 10 years
The Programme Director will provide strategic, technical and managerial leadership for PricePally’s agrifood transformation portfolio and support the effective delivery of programme objectives.
- Programme Associate
Location: Abuja or Lagos
Experience: 4 to 5 years
The Programme Associate will support programme coordination, implementation, reporting and other activities required to ensure effective delivery of the agrifood transformation programme.
PROGRAMME FOCUS
The initiative aims to strengthen agricultural value chains and create meaningful economic opportunities for young Nigerians while improving access to markets and strengthening inclusive delivery systems.
The programme also incorporates results measurement, data quality, learning and inclusive delivery systems to support effective implementation and measurable impact.
