Territory Sales Manager (Bakery) – Aba
Zonal Sales Manager (Beverage) – Port Harcourt, Abuja, Aba, and Benin
Sales Representative (Beverage) – Lagos, Yobe, Adamawa, Zamfara, Jos, and Minna
Human Resource Business Partner (Commercial) – Location to be assigned
Assistant Manager, Internal Audit – Location to be assigned
Automation Engineer – Location to be assigned
Minimum Qualification
Applicants must possess a First Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
Experience Requirements
Candidates are expected to have a minimum of three years relevant professional experience in similar roles. Prior experience within a bakery or FMCG environment is required for sales-related positions and is an added advantage for other technical and support roles.
Required Skills and Competencies
Successful candidates should demonstrate strong capability in sales planning and execution, negotiation and relationship management, territory and distributor management, and data-driven decision-making. Leadership and coaching abilities are essential for management roles. Knowledge of cold-chain operations or handling of perishable products will be considered an added advantage.
