PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
Location: Nigeria with regular travel to 10 project implementation states
Reports to: Program Director
The Partnerships Manager will build and manage strategic partnerships with TVET institutions, processors, Enterprise Support Organizations, government agencies, financial institutions, and Organizations of Persons with Disabilities.
Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, partnership development, government relations, policy advocacy, TVET engagement, disability inclusion, business development services, and market linkages.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Relations, or related field with 7 years of experience
OR
Master’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience
Proven experience creating job and work opportunities for youth, women, and disadvantaged populations
Experience in agriculture, food processing, or agribusiness
Experience with donor funded programs is an advantage
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of policy advocacy and government engagement
Experience with gender equality and disability inclusion is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English
Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is an advantage
At least 50% travel across the 10 implementation states

WASTE TO VALUE CIRCULAR ECONOMY MANAGER
Location: Nigeria with regular travel to 10 project implementation states
Reports to: Program Director
The Waste to Value Manager will lead circular economy initiatives that transform food processing waste into valuable products and create economic opportunities for young entrepreneurs, women, and persons with disabilities.
Key responsibilities include developing waste to value strategies, negotiating waste supply agreements, supporting inclusive enterprises, developing market linkages, securing offtake agreements, and promoting climate smart and regenerative practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Agribusiness, Circular Economy, or related field with 7 or more years of experience
OR
Master’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience
Proven experience in waste management, circular economy projects, or agricultural value chain development
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing partnerships
Experience working with private sector, government, and communities
Demonstrated commitment to women and disability inclusion
Experience in Nigeria’s food processing sector is an advantage
Knowledge of soybean, sesame, tomato, or ginger value chains is an advantage
Experience with donor funded youth, women, or PWD programs is an advantage
Knowledge of climate smart technologies and regenerative agricultural practices
Strong understanding of circular economy and waste to value business models
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is an advantage
At least 50% travel across the 10 implementation states
