Position: Operations Manager – Printing Press & Cyber Café

JOB SUMMARY
SmartAgro Farms Ltd is seeking a capable and commercially minded Operations Manager to oversee its printing press and cyber café operations in Kaduna. The successful candidate will manage daily activities, supervise staff, ensure quality service delivery, control costs, and improve business performance and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily printing, branding, graphics, and cyber café operations.
- Supervise designers, machine operators, attendants, and other staff.
- Receive and schedule customer orders, prepare quotations, and monitor job costing.
- Ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of customer orders.
- Manage paper, ink, toner, and other consumables.
- Monitor sales, cash/POS/bank transactions, and daily financial reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, sales, and operational records.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, computer systems, and internet connectivity.
- Build relationships with corporate, institutional, and government customers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational and financial reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Printing Technology, Computer Science/ICT, Marketing, or a related field. Strong practical experience may substitute for the exact discipline.
- Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in printing, branding, business centre operations, cyber café management, ICT services, or a similar commercial environment.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe tools, graphics workflows, and printing production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic computer and network troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service, inventory management, bookkeeping, and staff supervision skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a results-driven attitude.
