The Legislative Mentorship Initiative (LMI) is inviting applications for its fellowship designed to prepare the next generation of ethical legislators and public sector leaders.
🎓 ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP
The LMI Fellowship is a fully residential, three-week intensive programme for passionate Nigerians who want to build careers in the legislature and public sector.
Participants will receive intensive training, mentorship and practical exposure designed to develop the skills, knowledge and networks needed to contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s governance and public service.

The Legislative Mentorship Initiative (LMI) aims to attract and train dedicated young professionals who want to serve and excel in Nigeria’s public service, particularly within the legislature.
Its mission is to develop a new generation of responsive, ethical and competent public-sector leaders and legislators equipped with the knowledge, expertise and leadership skills needed to improve public service delivery and promote national cohesion.
