🎓 1. GRADUATE / MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME

The Union Bank Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop high-performing young graduates into well-rounded bankers and future leaders of the organisation.

✅ Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division, OR an HND with at least Lower Credit.
• Have at least 5 O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
• Be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
• Have completed the NYSC programme.
• Possess an NYSC discharge certificate or certificate of exemption.

💻 2. TECH BOOTCAMP PROGRAMME

The Tech Bootcamp is targeted at graduates with backgrounds in technology and quantitative disciplines, as well as candidates with relevant professional IT certifications.

🎯 Eligible backgrounds include:

• Computer Science
• Engineering
• Numerical Sciences
• Related technology/quantitative fields
• Relevant professional IT certifications

• Have a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division, OR an HND with at least Lower Credit.

• Be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
• Have completed NYSC.
