ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

PremiumHR Solution is recruiting on behalf of a leading banking institution to fill various positions across the Northern Region.

The successful candidates will support the marketing and expansion of retail banking products and services, customer acquisition, agent onboarding and business development activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have:

1. NCE, OND, HND or BSc in a related discipline.
2. 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Experience or knowledge of marketing retail banking products and services.
4. Ability to identify and onboard new customers onto banking platforms.
5. Ability to identify and onboard new agents onto banking platforms.
6. Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Market and promote retail banking products and services.
2. Identify potential customers and introduce suitable banking products and services.
3. Acquire and onboard new customers onto the banking platform.
4. Identify prospective agents and support their onboarding onto the banking platform.
5. Build and maintain positive customer and agent relationships.
6. Support business growth and market expansion within the assigned territory.
7. Carry out field and marketing activities in line with assigned targets.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary of N115,000 to N130,000, in addition to HMO, pension and other benefits.
