Job Summary
Medicare Solutions Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead nationwide sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute nationwide sales and distribution strategies
- Lead and supervise regional sales managers and medical sales representatives
- Drive achievement of sales, revenue, and market share targets
- Build and manage strong distributor relationships across Nigeria
- Develop territory expansion and route-to-market strategies
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales teams
- Collaborate with management on strategic growth initiatives
🎓
Requirements
- B.Sc., B.Pharm, or Pharm.D in Pharmaceutical, Medical, Biological Sciences, or related field
- MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience, including 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience in distributor management and territory development
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively across Nigeria
