Vacancies for Ad hoc Examination Proctors and Supervisors
Iconic Open University is inviting applications from qualified candidates for Ad hoc Examination Proctors and Supervisors in Plateau State. This is a temporary, one off opportunity for the upcoming examination period.
The assignment will run for 2 weeks, from 30 March 2026 to 12 April 2026, and is strictly for residents within the specified locations.
Applicants must possess a minimum of a Master’s degree from a recognized institution along with relevant technical experience. Prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution is required. In addition, candidates should also have strong computer and web navigation skills. They must have excellent organizational and time management abilities. Furthermore, they need a high level of integrity.
Successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring computer based examinations, ensuring strict compliance with examination rules, and supervising candidates to prevent malpractice. They will also assist with the distribution and collection of exam materials. In addition, they will submit reports on the conduct of the examinations.
