Agronomist (Advanced Level)
📍 Location: Kuje, Abuja, Nigeria
💰 Salary: ₦300,000 monthly + Feeding + Accommodation + Communication Allowance + Performance-Based Bonuses

🌾 Key Responsibilities
Crop Production Management:
- Plan, supervise, and manage crop production cycles to ensure high yield and quality
- Oversee greenhouse farming operations and ensure optimal growing conditions
Pest & Disease Control:
- Identify pests and diseases affecting crops
- Implement safe, effective, and sustainable pest management strategies
Staff Supervision:
- Supervise, train, and assign tasks to greenhouse workers
- Ensure smooth daily farm operations and workforce efficiency
Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate production, input, and cost records
- Prepare detailed performance and operational reports
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in greenhouse farming operations
- Strong knowledge of crop planning and agronomic practices
- Experience in nutrient management, irrigation systems, and pest control
- Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with greenhouse farming in Abuja and surrounding regions is an advantage
💼 Compensation Package
- ₦300,000 monthly salary
