Gtext Homes is seeking motivated and results driven Telesales Executives to join its sales team. Key Responsibilities
Engage prospective clients through telesales and follow up on leads
Promote real estate products and services to potential customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications
BA, BSc or HND in any field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven interest or experience in sales or customer engagement
Self motivated with the ability to work in a target driven environment
Compensation and Benefits
Basic salary of one million naira per month
Transportation allowance of one hundred thousand naira
Performance based variable pay of up to one million naira
High earning potential based on performance
