Friska Farms Limited, a health and wellness company specialising in natural herbal infusion teas and organic lifestyle products, is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position below.
Position: Retail Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Field-based (advertised as remote)
LOCATIONS
Benin (Edo), Kano, Kaduna, Ibadan (Oyo), Abeokuta (Ogun), Ilorin (Kwara) and Enugu.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, visit and register retail stores within your assigned location.
- Encourage retail stores to place orders and make timely payments.
- Promote Friska Farms’ brands and products.
- Submit regular sales and activity reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree; relevant experience may be considered.
- Retail sales, FMCG or field sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Target-driven and comfortable working in the field.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Must have a smartphone and basic digital skills.
REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
- Monthly salary: ₦75,000
- Airtime and data allowance: ₦10,000 monthly
- Transport allowance: ₦5,000 weekly
- Performance-based incentives.
- Confirmation as a full staff member depends on performance.
