Key responsibilities (overview)
– Provide one‑on‑one guidance to prospective students on study‑abroad options, application steps, and admission requirements.
– Assist applicants with documentation, visa procedures, scholarship searches, and application submissions.
– Liaise with partner institutions, agents and testing centres to coordinate appointments and follow‑ups.
– Support outreach activities, information sessions and student recruitment events in Kano and nearby areas.
– Maintain accurate applicant records and follow up to ensure timely progress through the application pipeline.
– Contribute to promotional materials and social media outreach as required.
Ideal candidate
– Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident engaging with students, parents and institutional partners.
– Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
– Customer service mindset with patience and professionalism.
– Familiarity with common study destinations, admissions timelines and visa processes is an advantage.
– Willingness to relocate to Kano (if not already based there) and to travel locally when needed.
