The World Health Organisation (WHO) is pleased to declare that the application period for the WHO Youth Council’s second term, which will take place in 2024 and 2026, is now open.
Through meaningful conversations and activities centred around youth, organisations globally have a unique chance to support global health initiatives. WHO encourages all interested parties to carefully study the guidelines and qualifying requirements before submitting their expressions of interest, which are extended to qualified organisations.
The WHO Youth Council is a vital platform for integrating young people’s perspectives into global health discussions. By leveraging the diverse insights and expertise of youth, the Council aims to influence health policies, support WHO’s overarching mission, and spearhead innovative public health initiatives. This initiative is designed to amplify youth contributions to health systems globally through advocacy, creativity, and strategic guidance to WHO’s leadership.
